Intragen announces agreement with leading tech company, APIIDA, extending Identity and Access Management offerings to German market.
27th September 2021 | Following the recruitment of the former APIIDA team by Intragen, Intragen and APIIDA are pleased to announce a transition agreement involving the transfer of APIIDA’s current One Identity practice and clients to Intragen from 1st October 2021.
Intragen and APIIDA are agreeing to a commercial partnership to best leverage the expertise of both companies: Identity and Access Management (IAM) and API Management, respectively. This is to enable enterprises to achieve Zero Trust and mitigate the risks of vulnerabilities in identity and API security management.
Thomas Barth, formerly Director of Professional Services at APIIDA, will join Intragen as a Principal Consultant and will be Managing Director of the new subsidiary. Thomas will join Intragen with the rest of the One Identity Expert Services Team from APIIDA. Thomas Barth says, “The transition agreement between Intragen and APIIDA is a logical conclusion of the successful business relationship in the past and the strategic concentration of APIIDA towards API Management.”
